What's not included with my support?
- Customization Requests: The biggest thing I have to turn away. Not only can I not personally provide the customizations for free, I also can't spend the time to provide you with an explanation on how to customize the item. Both take a lot of time, and with many support tickets per day, I simply cannot manage to do this for free. You can certainly pay for the customizations though, and an estimate will be given if you would like to go that route.
- Basic WordPress Setup Questions: WordPress has a codex and I strongly recommend using it: http://codex.wordpress.org/. Search through that first if you're new to WordPress and then if you still have questions, feel free to submit a ticket. Please just remember that I'm here to support my products, not WordPress.
- Weekend Responses: I do have a family of my own and I like to spend time with them on the weekend. Please expect a response by the beginning of the week, keeping in mind that I'm in the EST timezone. ;)
