What's not included with my support?

  1. Customization Requests: The biggest thing I have to turn away. Not only can I not personally provide the customizations for free, I also can't spend the time to provide you with an explanation on how to customize the item. Both take a lot of time, and with many support tickets per day, I simply cannot manage to do this for free. You can certainly pay for the customizations though, and an estimate will be given if you would like to go that route.
  2. Basic WordPress Setup Questions: WordPress has a codex and I strongly recommend using it: http://codex.wordpress.org/. Search through that first if you're new to WordPress and then if you still have questions, feel free to submit a ticket. Please just remember that I'm here to support my products, not WordPress.
  3. Weekend Responses: I do have a family of my own and I like to spend time with them on the weekend. Please expect a response by the beginning of the week, keeping in mind that I'm in the EST timezone. ;)
